Standard and express delivery
Standard air freight takes approximately 5–7 business days. The 1–2 day express option suits urgent documents, small parcels and samples. Actual timing depends on the origin city, document readiness and cargo category.

Restrictions before shipping
Do not ship alcohol, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, medicines, supplements, weapons, explosives or toxic materials without prior confirmation. UAE import requirements vary by category and intended use. Provide the complete parcel contents before acceptance.
Receiving cargo in the UAE
After arrival, cargo undergoes processing and customs procedures. It can be collected from a warehouse or delivered to an address in Dubai or another emirate. The final price, including customs clearance and optional services, is agreed in advance.
